Alina Neal joins Quillon Law as Of Counsel

We are pleased to announce the appointment of expert commercial litigator Alina Neal to Of Counsel to Quillon Law.

An English and Hong Kong qualified commercial litigator, Alina brings over 17 years’ experience in resolving complex commercial and financial disputes, as well as fraud and asset recovery matters.

Having acted both for and against banks and other financial institutions, as well as funds, corporates, insolvency practitioners and high net-worth individuals, Alina has experience advising clients on all stages of complex disputes, from pre-action to final appeal, including mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Her cases of note include a public procurement claim, where she acted for a UK train operator in relation challenging the UK Government’s £200m award of a rail franchise, as well as acting for the UK arm of India’s largest private sector bank in its successful recovery of a loan of US$63m made to the holding company of India’s oldest tea company.

Prior to joining Quillon Law, Alina was Of Counsel at Stephenson Harwood LLP.
