CIS litigation specialist Frances Jenkins joins Quillon Law

We are delighted to announce the appointment of commercial litigation specialist Frances Jenkins as a managing associate.

Frances has particular expertise in litigation involving Russian and CIS parties, with her practice areas including shareholder disputes, fraud, enforcement, insurance and reinsurance disputes, international arbitration and general commercial litigation. She specialises in disputes arising from Russia, Ukraine, the CIS and CEE.

Frances acts for a range of corporate and individual clients with interests in Russia and the CIS, Latin America and francophone countries. Her clients include retailers, natural resources companies, insurance firms, banks and high-net-worth individuals.

Frances speaks Russian, French and Spanish to an advanced level, and developed her interest in Russia and the FSU after spending six months studying in St Petersburg. She has also lived and worked in France and Chile.
