Partner Mark Hastings discusses the judgment handed down by Judge Pelling KC in the High Court in (1) Navigator Equities Limited (2) Vladimir Chernukhin v Oleg Deripaska.

Mark commented: “The High Court found that Mr Chernukhin’s application lacked any merit and that the central premise of his case against Mr Deripaska was ‘simply wrong’.
“The Judge also criticised Mr Chernukhin’s conduct of the case in certain respects, partially awarding indemnity costs against him.”
