Jordan is a commercial litigator who joined Quillon Law from leading Australian law firm, Clayton Utz.

Practice

Jordan has acted for clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including energy and resources, agriculture and consumer goods. Her experience includes claims for misrepresentation and breach of warranty. She has also advised clients in relation to injunctive relief. She was part of the team acting for the Volkswagen Group in class and associated regulatory actions in the Federal Court of Australia relating to diesel emissions standards.

Jordan also has experience of arbitration (UNCITRAL Rules), and has acted for companies in relation to regulatory investigations, including in responding to document production notices.
