Juliana is a commercial litigator who has acted in a number of complex, cross‑border disputes across a variety of sectors and in multiple jurisdictions. Following her training at leading Irish firm McCann FitzGerald, Juliana spent time at Quinn Emanuel’s Sydney office, before joining Quillon Law.

Practice

Juliana’s practice includes contractual disputes, civil fraud and reputational matters. Her experience includes acting for SMBC Aviation Capital in the highest value litigation in the history of the Irish High Court (relating to claims against insurers over aircraft stranded in Russia). Her civil fraud practice has involved tracing cryptocurrencies through applications for Norwich Pharmacal relief and other interim remedies. The international element of her work in both Ireland and Sydney has seen her navigate various jurisdictional issues, including obtaining anti‑anti‑suit relief in the Federal Court of Australia.

Juliana also has experience in advising a range of clients, including global social media platforms, on media law and reputational matters.
